Our Team.

Orhun Yavaş practices in various areas of law, with a particular focus on tax law, customs law, corporate law, and dispute resolution. Prior to founding Yavaş | Tax & Law, he worked at leading law firms in Türkiye and at a publicly traded company.

He completed his LL.B. at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and obtained his LL.M. degree from Istanbul Bilgi University with a thesis entitled “The Effectiveness of Tax and Customs Duty Refund Applications in the Context of the Right to Property.”

Orhun is currently pursuing his Ph.D. studies in Public Finance and Tax Practices at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
